Bike Service and Repair Terms and Conditions

*Free collection and delivery from the following postcodes: TD10, TD11, TD12, TD13, TD14, TD15. Outside of these areas, charges will apply.
Service price excludes parts and replacements, except brake & gear cables which are included in price.
Bike cleaned and lubricated using MUC OFF products.
Turnaround time is normally 2-3 days but is dependent on availability of parts.
Border Cycle Works will carry out work to your bicycle as discussed. We will not carry out any additional work or replace any parts without your consent. Border Cycle Works accepts no liability for any defects arising with the bicycle as a result of not having this work undertaken.
Payment in full is needed on completion of any work undertaken to your bicycle and prior to the return of your bicycle.
Subject to the terms and conditions, all replacement parts provided will be guaranteed for a period of 12 months, and all labour and workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 6 months, commencing from the date of the work being undertaken.
Any personal items left on the bicycle are left at the customers own risk and Border Cycle Works accepts no liability for any loss or damage to these items. We recommend you remove any such items prior to collection off your bicycle.
